Spring Fling Details and Information
The silent auction in the auditorium will begin at 2:00pm with the dinner starting at 4:00pm.
Everything should be finished by 7:00pm. Please plan to arrive at least 25 minutes before your
ensemble’s performance. Please adhere to the school dress code, no spaghetti strap shirts, and no short skirts/shorts. It would be great, but not required, if you either wore either a Southern Band shirt, a SAHS shirt, or a red shirt.
Hopefully you have sold all of your tickets by now. There will be tickets sold at the door for those who did not purchase a pre-sale ticket. Food will be served in cafeteria while silent auction will be held in the auditorium. We will also have a desert table in the lobby of the cafeteria, if you wish to purchase a dessert.
It would be great if the past Leadership team from 2014 and the upcoming leadership team of 2015 were available to help out throughout the day. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated from anybody available.
If you have not talked with Mr. Morgan about pre-existing plans, you are expected to be at the Spring Fling, performing and assisting. This should be a fun time for all. I look forward to seeing you there.

6:55- Silent Auction Ends and Announce the winners of each basket as well as raffle drawing.
